1. Information We Collect

We may ask you to provide personal information when you:

  • Use Pasadena Chamber Sites;
  • Request services, support or information;
  • Place orders for products or services;
  • Participate in surveys, sweepstakes or other promotional activities;
  • Share Pasadena Chamber content through social media;
  • Subscribe to newsletters, download white papers or other materials or;

Your privacy is one of our primary concerns. Pasadena Chamber makes every effort to provide you with a safe and private environment. Pasadena Chamber shares your information with Business Partners to carry out the transactions you request, to provide services to you, to provide you with information you may find useful (for example, partner discounts and advocacy updates), to customize and improve our products and services, so that you can share through social media, and/or to update records. In addition, we may disclose your information when legally required or to protect our rights.

Email Marketing

Some marketing you receive, including email marketing, may also be personalized based on your visits to Pasadena Chamber Sites. In addition, when you click on some links in the email marketing, our email service provider may place a cookie on your browser. Corrections and Clarifications

We are committed to quickly correcting any factual errors or errors in interpretation. Editorial staff members will address any errors brought to their attention and make an appropriate correction as soon as possible.
